Prepare fish as directed on Chile Verde Fish Tacos Seasoning Mix packaging.
In a small bowl combine the Curried Mango Grille Sauce with the sour cream and set aside.
Gently warm the tortillas, then remove from heat. Start building tacos by putting down a layer of crisp greens and then some cooked fish. Top with some salsa and a dollop of curried mango sour cream.
Finish the tacos with a generous sprinkling of chopped scallions and garnish with lime wedges. The fresh lime juice squeezed over the fish just before you eat will take your tacos to the next level!
