  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 10-inch cast iron pan in oven to heat.
  2. Whisk together eggs and water, and add crepe mix. Mix until there are no lumps, allow to rest 10 minutes
  3. Remove cast iron pan from oven and carefully place butter in pan. Quickly swirl around to cover pan, then add batter. Return to oven immediately.
  4. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until top is set and lightly browned. Garnish with powdered sugar and topping of your choice.

You can go sweet or savory with your Dutch Baby toppings. For a sweet treat, we love the simplicity of fresh berries and powdered sugar or cinnamon baked apples. For a savory option, try prosciutto and pickled veggies or Havarti cheese, ham, and pineapple!
