paleo pizza toppings of your choice (we suggest cooked crumbled Italian sausage, sautéed mushrooms, sliced olives, sliced bell peppers, fresh basil)
Directions
Cauliflower Pizza Crust:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave shredded cauliflower in a large bowl for 4 minutes and let cool. Wrap in a cheesecloth or thin dishtowel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
Place cauliflower back in bowl and add egg, almond flour, seasoning and salt. Mix until well combined.
Spread mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and shape into a circle (or square!). Crust should be fairly thin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
Paleo Pizza:
Remove crust from oven and ladle pizza sauce over crust, spreading evenly. Add other toppings of your choice.
Bake for additional 10-15 minutes, or until toppings are warmed through. Slice and serve.
