In a large bowl, gently stir together sliced peaches and jam. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add heavy cream, confectioners� sugar and amaretto. Using the whisk attachment, whip for about 5-8 minutes on medium speed or until medium peaks form. Chill until ready to serve.
Roughly chop pecans and toast on a small ungreased pan on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
In another large bowl, mix waffle batter according to package directions. Stir chopped pecans into the batter and prepare waffles as per package instructions.
To assemble, place one waffle on a plate. Top with peach mixture, a dollop of amaretto whipped cream mixture and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
