- 8-10 garlic bulbs
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Buttery, nutty, deliciousness...perfect for garlic lovers. Mash and spread over toast or crostini or add to soups, sauces, salad dressings or dips.
- Cut off top 1/4-inch of the garlic bulbs to reveal cloves.
- Place garlic bulbs upright in an ovenproof pan, and drizzle well with olive oil and salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350° F for 1 1/2 hours, or until soft.
