Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces
- 2 Tbsp Urban Accents Rustic Italian Everything Poultry Rub
- 4 Tbsp cooking oil or butter (olive, canola, avocado, etc.)
- Optional garnishes (crushed olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, lemon wedges)
Directions
- Heat grill and clean & oil grates.
- Mix seasoning and oil or butter. Generously brush or rub chicken pieces with seasoned oil/butter.
- Grill over indirect heat 10-12 minutes per side with dark grill marks and skin is crispy. An internal thermometer should read 165°.
- Preheat oven to 400°.

- Bake on a sheet pan for 35-45 minutes or until skin is browned and crisp. An internal thermometer should read 165°.
