Preheat oven to 450°F. Place flatbreads on a sheetpan and brush with 1 tablespoon of Spicy Mediterranean Dipping Oil.
Top with mozzarella, prosciutto, figs and artichoke hearts. Bake for 7 – 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from heat.
Top flatbread with baby kale and drizzle with remaining Spicy Mediterranean Dipping Oil. Cut and serve with additional dipping oil to really spice it up.
